Today we celebrate our 59th wedding anniversary. On Nov. 9, 1963 we had our reception at the Genesee Park Inn. Because we frequented the Pythodd on Clarissa St. “Jamaica Jive” was hired as the musical group for the reception. Our guests loved our groovy choice of music. Don’t know if all the adults loved it but this 20 year old was happy! I remember Jamaica had a unique way of parking his cigar between missing bottom teeth?  Wish I remembered what we paid them. Thanks for happy memories and great music!
