Albert John Giovinazzi, passed away peacefully on June 6, 2022 at Samaritan Center in Vorhees New Jersey. 

Albert, born July 6, 1958 to his parents, Albert Charles Giovinazzi aka "dashlight" and his mother Angelina Oliva Giovinazzi. He was survived by his siblings, Alice Giovinazzi Repin, Charlotte Giovinazzi, Charles "Butch" Giovinazzi and Connie Giovinazzi. Al is predeceased by his brother Anthony"Tony" Giovinazzi. He is also survived by his son, Albert Edward Giovinazzi, married to Stella Giovinazzi and their two children Emilee and Tyler.

Albert was born and raised in Vineland New Jersey where he was a laborer for almost 20 years for Kerr Pipe which allowed him to become a member of Union 172. Albert then became owner operater of Albert Giovinazzi Trucking contracted to Battelini Transportation in Buena New Jersey for 18 years hauling heavy equipment and machines along the East coast. He then moved on to Paving Plus in Williamstown where he continued moving equipment up until August 2021.
Albert spent his free time in his beloved barn either fixing, repairing, helping, advising every one with any type of vehicle, machine, yard equipment or tool. His forte' was doing anything with his hands. He has been quoted as saying " I can fix anything but a broken heart". Albert was most peaceful working in his garden and he anticipated the end of each summer when he and his family joined together canning tomatoes. Truly the best supporter, with endless loyalty to all of his friends and family members. 
Albert met his wife Valerie Basile Giovinazzi 2001. They shared a love of the casinos and their annual Las Vegas vacation. They resided in their home in Vineland with their constant companion Gigi.
Services will be held at Fertig Funeral Home, 63 North Main St, Mullica Hill NJ 08062, Saturday June 18 from 10:00 am to 2:00pm. Friends and family are invited to their home for a luncheon following services.

Dear Valerie, I am so sorry to hear this! I remember I met Al for the first time several years ago at JR’s pool party! I thought what a nice, happy, and funny guy he was! I am glad I met him. Sending love and prayers to you as you go down this tough road.
