本會創會會長黃伯偉博士慟於公曆二零二一年四月二十二日壽終於香港瑪嘉烈醫院，享壽七十三歲，黃博士生前積極凝聚海內外中醫藥人材，推動中醫藥現代化和國際化，本會同寅深切緬懷黃博士與其傳承中醫藥文化之信念，及為業界引領之先河。謹訂於公曆五月十九日(星期三) 下午六時於萬國殯儀館地下孝思堂舉行追思紀念，翌日五月二十日上午十時家祭後出殯，奉柩火葬場火化。

Albert Wong was awarded a Ph.D. in Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Analysis from the University of Wisconsin in 1980. Later, he worked as a senior researcher at Eli Lilly and Syntex Research, a major US pharmaceutical company, engaged in developing, formulating, and producing pharmaceuticals and cosmetics where he won several patents.
During 1990-95, Albert Wong participated in the business acquisition industry in Silicon Valley, California, and contributed to more than a dozen business transactions. He returned to Hong Kong in 1995 as executive director of "Health Food Enterprise Co., Ltd. (Eagle Brand Ginseng)", responsible for market research on Chinese and Western medicine, design and development of new varieties, and the introduction and transfer of products and technologies from foreign countries.
Albert and his esteemed colleagues co-founded the "Modern Chinese Medicine International Association MCMIA" (www.mcmia.org) in 2000 with many people in the Chinese medicine industry and scientific research circles and served as the first president and director of the association. The association quickly became the most influential Chinese medicine industry association in Hong Kong.
The association and the "Hong Kong Trade Development Council" co-founded the annual "International Modern Chinese Medicine and Health Products Exhibition and Conference ICMCM" in 2002. He established an international platform for Hong Kong to promote Chinese medicine trade and scientific research exchanges. ICMCM has been praised by the media as an international event in the field of Chinese medicine.
In 2006, Albert Wong facilitated the signing of a contract between the United States Pharmacopeia and MCMIA to introduce the "Derivative Supplement Demonstration Program DSVP" to Greater China. It has opened up a new channel for the internationalization and international recognition of Chinese medicine.
In 2008, he drafted the "Proposal for Building Hong Kong as an International Chinese Medicine Center" for MCMIA to urge the Hong Kong government to formulate policies for the development of Chinese medicine. After the financial tsunami in 2009, Albert Wong wrote an article pointing out that four of the "six economic sectors" proposed by the Hong Kong government are closely related to Chinese medicine. In the same year, the "Policy Address" of the Hong Kong Government responded to the demands of the industry, reiterated the development of the Chinese medicine industry, and established the "Chinese Medicine Committee of the Bureau of Testing and Certification" to improve the quality of Chinese medicine. The "Certification Program" of the "Committee" was released in April 2015.
For more than 20 years, Albert Wong has been committed to promoting the modernization and internationalization of Chinese medicine. In 2012, he successfully registered "Lemai Granules" (Internationally named Vasoheme) for "Sichuan University Huaxi Pharmaceutical" in Canada. Two years later, he obtained the approval of Health Canada for the Chinese patent medicine production line, becoming the first "To enter the mainstream market of advanced countries dignifiedly to prevent and treat serious diseases" Chinese patent medicine compound products. A crucial step has been taken to realize the "internationalization of Chinese patent medicines." He founded "Zigen Online Shop" https://zigen.hk in 2015 to confirm the feasibility of selling high-end medicinal materials certified and certified by Hong Kong online in the local and international markets.
In early 2015, Albert Wong represented the Chinese medicine industry in Hong Kong and submitted the "Proposal for the Integration of Chinese Medicine in Greater China" to the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and was recognized by the Administration. The "Integration Proposal" can be regarded as a positive response of the Chinese medicine industry to the "Belt and Road" national policy of "Going Global".
On December 1, 2017, "Shizhen Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd." successfully held a listing ceremony for Vasoheme in Toronto, Canada, and officially exported it to Canada and promoted it to the market. In the middle of the same month, "Shizhen" launched the first batch of the world's first "modern high-end Chinese herbal medicine product series" at the "Hong Kong Industrial Exhibition" where it received unanimous praise. At this point, Albert Wong's 18-year dream of "modernization and internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine" has finally been initially realized.
Following the establishment of the “Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area” in 2017, Albert Wong drafted the “Proposal for the Integrated Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the “Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area” for MCMIA, calling on the “Greater Bay Area” authorities to set up nine organizations to promote the “Greater Bay Area”. District’s integration of Chinese medicine. In addition, MCMIA also discussed with the "Prince of Wales Hospital" of the "Chinese University of Hong Kong" to promote the establishment of the "Greater Bay Area Chinese Medicine International Clinical Research Center" and its "Greater Bay Area" clinical network. 
In 2018, Albert Wong's team combined various disciplines such as pharmaceutical laboratory science, genetics, and information science to create the first "smart" high-end Chinese medicine with the function of "Internet of Things". In 2019, "Shizhen Company" and "The Chinese University of Hong Kong" jointly discussed the construction of a "prototype Chinese medicine pilot blockchain" starting from the "Greater Bay Area" to discuss how to use this new system with high transparency, popularity, and occasionality, resistance to modification and confirmation can promote the modernization and upgrading of Chinese medicine industry.
In 2020, with the support of the "Hong Kong, Macao, and Canadian Consulates", "Civilian Company" will establish and manage the "Canada e-Pavilion" on a largely domestic "cross-border e-commerce" platform to help Canadian products enter the huge Chinese market. In addition, the "Hong Kong Chinese Medicine Brand e- Pavilion" is also planned to open in a few months. To open up a brand-new way northward for Hong Kong's proprietary Chinese medicine industry.
Albert Wong intends to launch the "New World of Chinese Medicine" website https://newcm.org/ in the name of the "Hong Kong Shizhen Fund" in early 2021 for free of use by the global Chinese medicine community and ordinary people to promote the exchange of ideas and knowledge, and to store medical records and Chinese medicine classics so that it won't be lost.

黃伯偉於1980年在美國威斯康星州大學獲頒藥劑及藥物分析學博士學位。隨後在美國大藥廠禮萊公司 (Eli Lilly) 與Syntex Research公司任資深研究員，從事藥品與化妝品的開發、配製與生産。幷獲多項專利。
1990-95期間，黃伯偉在美國加州矽谷參與了生意購併行業，促成了十多宗企業的成交。他在1995年回流香港任『健康食品企業有限公司(鷹牌花旗參)』執行董事，負責對中西藥市場研究、新品種設計開發以及從外國引進和轉移産品、技術等職務。
黃伯偉聯同多位中藥業界與科研界人士在2000年創立了『現代化中醫藥國際協會MCMIA』(www.mcmia.org) 並出任協會首兩届會長兼理事長。協會迅速成爲香港最具影響力的中醫藥行業協會。
協會在2002年與「香港貿易發展局」共同創辦了一年一度的『國際現代化中醫藥及健康産品展覽會暨會議ICMCM』。爲香港建立了一個促進中醫藥商貿及中醫藥科研交流的國際平臺。ICMCM現已被媒體譽爲中醫藥界的國際盛事。
在2006年黃伯偉促成『美國藥典』與MCMIA簽署合約，引入「營養補充劑實證計劃DSVP」到大中華區。爲中藥國際化與國際認可開拓了一條新的渠道。
2008年他爲MCMIA草寫了《建設香港成爲國際中醫藥中心建議書》來敦促香港政府制訂發展中醫藥政策。2009年金融海嘯後黃伯偉撰文指出港府提出的「六個經濟領域産業」其中有四個與中醫藥息息相關。同年港府的《施政報告》回應了業界的訴求，重提發展中醫藥産業幷成立了『檢測和認證局中藥委員會』來提升中藥的質量。『委員會』的《認證計劃》在2015年四月出臺。
廿多年來，黃伯偉致力于推動中藥的現代化和國際化。他在2012年為『川大華西藥業』在加拿大成功注册「樂脉顆粒」(國際命名為 Vasoheme)並在兩年後為該中成藥的生產線取得加拿大衛生部的認可，成爲第一個可「堂堂正正地進入先進國家主流市場防治嚴重疾病」之中成藥複方産品。爲實現「中成藥國際化」踏出了關鍵性的一步。他在2015創辦了『時珍網店』https://zigen.hk從而確認在本地及國際市場上網售獲香港鑒定及認證之高端藥材的可行性。
2015年初，黃伯偉代表香港中藥界向『國家中醫藥管理局』上呈《「大中華中藥一體化」建議》並獲得「管理局」的認同。《「一體化」建議》可視爲中藥界對「一帶一路」「走出去」國策的積極響應。
2017年12月1日，『時珍醫藥科技有限公司』成功為 Vasoheme在加拿大多倫多市舉行上市儀式正式出口加拿大並向市場推進。同月中旬『時珍』在『香港工展會』推出首批全球首創之「現代化高端中藥材產品系列」。並獲一致好評。至此，黃伯偉十八年來的「中藥現代化與國際化」夢想終於獲得初步實現。
繼2017年『粵港澳大灣區』的成立，黃伯偉為MCMIA草擬《『粵港澳大灣區』中醫藥融合發展建議書》，呼籲『大灣區』當局應成立九個機構來促進『大灣區』的中醫藥融合。此外MCMIA亦與『香港中文大學』之『威爾斯親王醫院』商討推動成立「『大灣區中藥國際臨床科研中心』」及其『大灣區』臨床網絡。
2018年，黃伯偉團隊融匯了藥物化驗學、基因學及資訊科學等各學科首創了具「物聯網」功能的「智慧型」高端中藥。2019年，『時珍公司』與『香港中文大學』合作探討從『大灣區』出發構建一『雛型中醫藥先導區塊鏈』來探討如何通過這種新體制的高透明度、普及性、偶對性、抗改性和確認性來推動中醫藥進行産業的現代化升級。
2020年，『時珍公司』在『港澳加拿大領事館』支持下在國內一大型「跨境電商」平臺設立和管理『加拿大e-館』以助加拿大產品進入龐大的中國市場。此外，『香港中藥品牌e-館』亦擬在幾個月後開啟。為香港中成藥產業打開一條全新的北上途徑。
黃伯偉擬在2021年初以『香港時珍基金』名義推出《中醫藥新天地》網站 https://newcm.org/ 供全球中醫藥界及老百姓免費使用來促進思想和知識交流以及貯存醫案與中醫典籍以免失傳流佚。

Albert WONG was awarded a Ph.D. in Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Analysis from the University of Wisconsin in 1980. Later, he worked as a senior researcher at Eli Lilly and Syntex, a major US pharmaceutical company, engaged in the development, formulation, and production of pharmaceuticals and cosmetics where he won several patents.

During 1990-95, Albert WONG participated in the business mergers and acquisitions industry in Silicon Valley, California, and contributed to more than a dozen business transactions. In 1995, he returned to Hong Kong Health Food Enterprise Co., Ltd. ( Eagle Brand Ginseng ) as an executive director, responsible for market research on Chinese and Western medicine, design and development of new varieties, and the introduction and transfer of products and technologies from foreign countries.

In 2000, Albert WONG and many people in the Chinese medicine industry and scientific research circles founded the "Modern Chinese Medicine International Association MCMIA " (www.mcmia.org) and served as the first two presidents and directors of the association. The association quickly became the most influential Chinese medicine industry association in Hong Kong. Subsequently, with the support of the "Hong Kong Trade Development Council", the association successfully established the annual "International Modern Chinese Medicine and Health Products Exhibition and Conference ICMCM " ( www.icmcm.com). An international platform has been established for Hong Kong to promote the trade and scientific research exchanges of Chinese medicine. ICMCM has been praised by the media as an annual international event in the field of Chinese medicine. In 2010, Albert WONG facilitated the signing of a contract between MCMIA and the United States Pharmacopoeia to introduce the "Nutrition Supplement Demonstration Program" to Greater China, opening up new channels for the internationalization of Chinese medicine.

In 2008, he drafted the " Proposal for Building Hong Kong into an International Chinese Medicine Center" for MCMIA, urging the Hong Kong government to formulate policies for the development of Chinese medicine. After the financial tsunami in 2009, Albert WONG wrote an article pointing out that four of the six economic sectors proposed by the Hong Kong government are closely related to Chinese medicine. In the same year, the Hong Kong Government’s "Policy Address" responded to the demands of the industry, reiterated the development of the Chinese medicine industry, and established the "Testing and Certification Bureau" to improve the quality of Chinese medicine.

In terms of business, he has served as a senior pharmaceutical consultant in two consulting companies in Hong Kong. Albert WONG is the managing director of Shizhen Technology Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.

Using the Hong Kong platform, we are committed to promoting the international trade of Chinese and Western medicines and health products. Albert WONG founded "Shizhen Life Science Co., Ltd." in 2009 to practice his philosophy of supplying high-quality Chinese medicinal materials and proprietary Chinese medicines to domestic and foreign markets. The "global supply chain of high-quality medicinal decoction pieces" created by the company has achieved great success.

黄伯伟于1980年在美国威斯康星州大学获颁药剂及药物分析学博士学位。随后在美国大药厂礼莱公司(Eli Lilly)与Syntex公司任资深研究员，从事药品与化妆品的开发、配制与生产。并获多项专利。

1990-95期间，黄伯伟在美国加州硅谷参与了生意购并行业，促成了十多宗企业的成交。1995年回流任香港健康食品企业有限公司(鹰牌花旗参) 任执行董事，负责对中西药市场研究、新品种设计与开发以及从外国引进和转移产品、技术等职务。

2000年黄伯伟联同多位中药业界与科研界人士创立了『现代化中医药国际协会MCMIA』(www.mcmia.org) 并出任协会首两届会长兼理事长。协会迅速成为香港最具影响力的中医药行业协会。随后在「香港贸易发展局」的支持下，协会成功地创办了一年一度的『国际现代化中医药及健康产品展览会暨会议ICMCM』(www.icmcm.com)。为香港初步建立了一个促进中医药商贸及科研交流的国际平台。ICMCM现已被媒体誉为中医药界每年的国际盛事。去年黄伯伟促成MCMIA与『美国药典』签署合约，引入「营养补充剂实证计划」到大中华区，为中药国际化开拓新渠道。

2008年他为MCMIA草写了《建设香港成为国际中医药中心建议书》敦促香港政府制订发展中医药政策。2009年金融海啸后黄伯伟撰文指出港府提出的六个经济领域产业其中有四个与中医药息息相关。同年港府的《施政报告》回应了业界的诉求，重提发展中医药产业并成立了『检测和认证局』来提升中药的质量。

在业务方面，他先后在香港两家顾问公司担任资深药业顾问。黄伯伟现任『时珍科技药业有限公司』董事总经理。利用香港平台，致力于推动中西药品和保健品的国际贸易。黄伯伟于2009年创立『时珍生命科学有限公司』来实践他向国内外市场供应优质中药材及中成药的理念。该公司打造的『全球优质药材饮片供应链』现已取得初步成功。

Albert WONG a reçu un doctorat en pharmacie et analyse pharmaceutique de l'Université du Wisconsin en 1980. Plus tard, il a travaillé comme chercheur senior chez Eli Lilly et Syntex, une importante société pharmaceutique américaine, engagée dans le développement, la formulation et la production de produits pharmaceutiques et cosmétiques où il a gagné plusieurs brevets.

Au cours de 1990-1995, Albert WONG a participé à l'industrie des fusions et acquisitions d'entreprises dans la Silicon Valley, en Californie, et a contribué à plus d'une douzaine de transactions commerciales. En 1995, il est retourné à Hong Kong Health Food Enterprise Co., Ltd. ( Eagle Brand Ginseng ) en tant que directeur exécutif, responsable des études de marché sur la médecine chinoise et occidentale, la conception et le développement de nouvelles variétés, ainsi que l'introduction et le transfert de produits. et les technologies des pays étrangers.

En 2008, il a rédigé la « Proposition pour faire de Hong Kong un centre international de médecine chinoise» pour le MCMIA, exhortant le gouvernement de Hong Kong à formuler des politiques pour le développement de la médecine chinoise. Après le tsunami financier de 2009, Albert WONG a écrit un article soulignant que quatre des six secteurs économiques proposés par le gouvernement de Hong Kong sont étroitement liés à la médecine chinoise. Dans la même année, la « politique Adresse » du gouvernement de Hong Kong a répondu aux exigences de l'industrie, a réitéré le développement de l'industrie de la médecine chinoise , et a créé le « essai et de certification Bureau » pour améliorer la qualité de la médecine chinoise.

Sur le plan commercial, il a été consultant pharmaceutique senior dans deux sociétés de conseil à Hong Kong. Albert WONG est le directeur général de Shizhen Technology Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
