I am fortunate to have met and worked with Alice Nashashibi during my involvement with the former SF chapter of the National Association of Arab Americans. Alice was an inspiring leader, who always looked beyond the obstacles facing the Arab American community, and found ways to make positive impact by promoting the Arab culture and fighting for a balanced US policy in the Middle East.

So sorry to hear of aunt Alice's passing. I know how hard it is to let our parents go from our world. But one by one she, my father, and the rest of the family are reunited once more in a much better place. I know grandma and grandpa will embrace the return of all their children in heaven.
