Allen Randolph “Randy” Vaughan, 61, a resident of Person County passed away Friday, February 2, 2018 at Duke University Hospital in Durham.

He was a native of Granville County, the son of the late Francis Allen Vaughan. Randy was employed with Certainteed for twenty-nine years and was a member of Grassy Creek Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at Grassy Creek Baptist Church by Rev. Cameron Currin. Burial will be in the Church Cemetery.

Surviving are his mother, Esther Vaughan of Oxford; a daughter, Jaimee Leigh Vaughan of Oxford; two brothers, Danny Vaughan of Roxboro and Michael Vaughan of Oxford. He was preceded in death by his father, Francis Allen Vaughan.

Visitation will be held Monday evening February 5, 2018 from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. at Eakes Funeral Home in Oxford and at other times at the home of his mother, 8634 Cornwall Road in Oxford.
