My heart goes out to your family, I know you will be missed I'm not family but I've always felt like I was part of the family, I can't help but remember all the good times we had together , I always thought that you were one of the coolest people I knew, it was shocking to find out that you're no longer with us but I'll forever have good memories of you, rest in peace my brother

I hate we did not get the chance to laugh, joke and share stories of time since past before you left this world. Memories of the good times will be forever with me. Thoes late nights I stopped by your house, after getting off work, just to set around with you talking about nothing that matter. It always brought joy to me and I hope it did to you. Jr. Boy Rest In Peace. You will always be remember, Cuz.

I know I’m a day late, but every time I think about him, I still can’t believe it, it seems like just the other day we were on 29th street at the gym on the field by the gym, playing football , we called it the turkey bowl, it was the ole gang the whole gang, Roger, Carl, Will, Bob, Bubba, Wayne, Melvin, and me who they also called Bubba and a cast of other people, me and Alvin Toney were on different teams, he had the ball and was running hard going to his left which was my right side, he was trying to make that corner, I squared up with him, I just knew I was gonna hit him hard, was gonna be one of my best hits of the day, I lowered my shoulders, hit him about waste high wrapped his legs, and kinda dove into him, I was expecting him to come flat in his back and I would fall on top of him and everyone would say WOW what a great hit, when me and him both were in mid air, he kind of twisted to the left, and we both hit the ground on our sides, I thought that was a good move by him, he was focused , he wasn’t gonna take that hit head on and come down flat on his back, both of us shared the impact hitting the ground, I never forgot that little move, I didn’t tell anyone, but he took all my joy out of the hit, I thought it was amazing how focus he was, insuring that he didn’t take a hard hit like that, that day he showed me a little special something about himself, probably unnoticeable, by everyone else , but I knew and he knew, but that’s what I thought about when a I saw the email about in memory of Alvin Toney, I also wanted to add David Bonner he was in the gang , may he Rest In Peace, he was playing with us, Alvin Toney you are missed love you man, Rest In Peace
