Those who walk uprightly enter into peace; they find rest as they lie in death. Isaiah 57:2.
Rest on, in peace sir.

Pa Amos Olusegun bajela,
You were many things to many people at the same time.
For me as a person, the remembrance of you speaks WISDOM; the principal thing.
We struck off a discussion that we didn't conclude, painful though, the little i gleaned from you ushered me on a journey of discovery outside of religion and its limiting confinements and dullness.
I wonder how exciting the journey could have been had it been you're still around.
Your speakings still echos in time.
Rest on, till the glorious dawn.

Love.

Didun didun ni iranti olododo.

Grandpa Bajela, you were someone I never met in person but always feel like we met. I got to know you through your dear daughter, my uncle's wife and invariably my adopted aunt. Everything about her makes me understand the good legacy you left behind and how she often talks about an outstanding life you lived. You must be proud of them where you are now.

Continue to rest in peace daddy till we see to part no more.

Daddy love, we remember you every day.

With us , you never died.

How could you have?

Your blood runs in our veins every day.

We feel you in our hearts.

Your memories remain evergreen in our minds.

You remain our most precious gift.

Your lessons are so profound and real, even after many years of your passage.

You obviously came before your time?

You, our own super hero.

Many lives were impacted by your beautiful life and time.

You loved God, you loved humanity.

You taught us to love God, have faith and believe in him.

You taught us to love humanity through your words and actions.

Oh Daddy...

You were so passionate about your chosen career, you loved machines like they were humans.

You understood engines like you created them.

You could fabricate practically everything as long as you have materials available.

You were such a brilliant and intelligent engineer son of a blacksmith ( the son of Emmanuel Bajela, the great blacksmith of Olodo land)

Oh daddy, you were such a generous man, kind and Godly.

How you loved to sing Hymns, with so much joy and relish, especially when you are engaged in an an activity, whistling away like you already were in heaven with the saints.

Oh daddy, you inspires still.

You did your best for humanity, we are forever grateful for the gift of you, daddy.

You were bold, strong and courageous.

We were always proud of you.

We will forever be proud of you daddy.

You left us with a great heritage and a good name, these are worth much more than any material wealth.

Right and left we are honoured because of who you were.

You stood tall to the end, despite all odds.

You were there for friends and all.

For strangers and acquaintances.

Many were times we wondered how you coped with with such a large heart that embraced all.

But you never stopped reminding us how much you loved and cared genuinely for people nothwistanding your experiences and personal challenges.

You knew yourself, your God and your assignments.

Did you fulfil all?

God knows best.

The month of June had a new meaning for us all, ever since the day your passing was announced, also for so many other people that benefited from your large heart.

Daddy dearie, our love was tough, you were thorough, you wanted the best for us.

We are glad you never spared us,life lessons learned have remained our saving grace.

We love you daddy.

Forever loved, forever to be missed.
