Andre Lamar Choice was born to the late Janet L. Crew and Lassiter L. Choice in Dayton, Ohio. He was born on September 16, 1969. He graduated from Grace A. Green Academy. He passed away suddenly March 25, 2021 at Grandview Medical Center. Andre went into adulthood picking up several skills and trades which included home improvements, as well as, several positions in customer service. 

He was preceded in death by his mother, Janet Crew(Mike), father, Lassiter Choice, son, D’Andre Choice(Carolyn), and grandmother, Mildred Humphries. 

Andre is survived his two sisters, Jaunetta Choice(Harry) and Chandra Tinsley(JeWan) and a host of family, friends, and extended family. Andre was full of life, love, and laughter; was also a die hard Dallas Cowboys fan. Andre is not here in flesh anymore, but his energy lives on.
