Andre Delano Swift, 49 years old, went to be the Lord March 18, 2020 in Dayton, Ohio. He was born on November 5, 1970 in Dayton, Ohio to Janet and Percy Norfleet Jr. He leaves to cherish his memory his caring children, Destiny Miniard, Zuleikia Swift, Deveon Thomas, Andre Swift Jr., Jacob Bell, Kia Swift, Saniya Swift, and Zacceus Thomas; his fiancee, Janine Thomas; his parents, Janet and Percy Norfleet Jr.; his siblings, Charles (Danielle) C. Swift Jr., Michael (Keioka) L.R. Norfleet, Percy (Lakiethia) Norfleet III, Jason McClurkin, Lisa (Terrell) Raspberry, and Sterling Jones along with many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends. Andre is preceded in death by his daughter, Raena N. Bell and his grandparents. He was an avid fan of the New England Patriots and the Los Angeles Lakers. A celebration of Andre's life will be held at Mt. Calvary Church Missionary Baptist Church, 3375 Samuel N. Winston Way (formerly W. Siebenthaler Ave.), Dayton, OH 45406 on Friday, March 27, 2020 at 10 AM. Repast to follow at DJ's Party Room, 4919 Hoover Avenue, Dayton, OH 45417. Andre will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Wow..........My brother fought Alot of battles ( and won most of them ). He was a Fighter. He IS missed. I do not have the words ( and even if I did , it would not be enough ). At the end of it, I would be ............here. The honeyed words are sweet, and yet.........not one will bring him back. I have made peace with him being at peace..........that will have to be enough for now. I Love you Dre. Not good bye, but......................see you later brother.

To All That know Andre Swift my brother and lifelong friend. The ship that sailed out there on the ocean, through the sea's of trail and tribulation his ship has finally come in.
Today he has been called back to our father's home where no cancer, heart attack, stroke or seizure is welcome or tolerated.
Andre's soul has been lifted to a place of glory as he waits at the finish line that is life.
Join me in prayer as we beseech our father to ease his journey and wipe his tears away.
Andre we will allow you to live on in our memories and our hearts though your flesh no longer has meaning your soul resonates with all you loved(Amen).
