I always enjoyed Andrew’s beautiful smile and that red hair, that wonderful red hair. I was Andrew’s and Anthony’s babysitter and I remember how helpful Andrew was. I could tell that he loved his baby brother. When Andrew was in high school, I was a teacher and I encountered him again. He was the same guy with a heart of gold who had merely grown up. I will forever remember that handsome young man.

9 years since you left us. I miss you more and more with each passing year. I know you are always with us. Love you to Heaven and back a google times.

I still use big combs like the ones he gave us for Christmas so long ago. We think of him often in our family. Wonder who he would be today, but I bet they had the biggest reunion when Grandma got up there to give him a hug. I can only imagine how beautiful that was for them.

I now have a very rambunctious little boy who has a tinge of red in his hair when the sun hits it just right. I can’t help but think that he takes after a cousin of his named Andrew.
