His Life
July 10, 2012

Andrew has brought great joy to my life. He was my first born and was 3 weeks early by an emergency C-section and born with club feet. I was only 21 yrs old. He was 5lbs 6oz and 18 1/2 in. long. (I remember how small you were. My peanut!) He had full leg casts on each of his legs to help correct the club feet. At the age of 10 mths he had surgery on both feet. He then went back into casts for a month which then he was fitted for braces that he had to wear all the time until he was 5 yrs old. He learned to walk in those braces before his 1st Birthday!!! Took his first steps in Florida at my sister Kelly's house. Then at the age 3 after being in and out of the hospital since 2 yrs old, he was diagnose with having asthma. Then in 8th grade he was evaluated and we discovered he had ADHD. Three years after that, he was once again evaluated and we then discovered he had bi-polor disorder.
Where I am going with this is that even though it may seem that Andrew started his life out rough and had many obstacles and challenges to overcome, he never showed it. He was always happy! He lived life! He was always smiling! Even when he got mad, it was never very long. He is the most forgiving person I know. He had a big heart. He may have acted out at times, got angry and made poor choices, but haven't we all at one point? He was a kind, loving, caring and decent, son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend. A GOOD PERSON!!!
Now he leaves behind many memories, each of us has our own of him. Hold those memories close in your heart, because that is where he will be. Always & forever!
