Angela was a free spirited and caring soul. She was empathetic when she needed to be and genuinely wanted the best for her friends and those she loved around her. She was protective, magnetic, charming, and always knew how to start a conversation. She was an incredibly special and important person. I became friends with Angela in elementary school but we lost communication as we got older. The happiest and most wholesome memories from my childhood were shared with her, moments that I will seriously remember for the rest of my life. Rest in paradise Angela, and bless your family.

Angela and I became best friends in 3rd grade when she glared at me every day from across the classroom. I could have sworn that she hated me! Later I found out, she in fact, wasn't too fond of me... that is until we started talking. In the blink of an eye I went from being scared of the girl who didn't like me, to loving her so dearly. She became a part of my family. We walked to school every morning together, went to each other's houses almost every afternoon, and when we got older and could drive, we picked each other up all of the time to go to Dutch Brothers and drive around aimlessly while we laughed as hard as we could. We both also loved to write and we would always write novels and poems and would give each other pointers and advice, which helped motivate us to continue to write what we were passionate about. We used to be inseparable. The memories we have are way, way too much to share on a single posting, but they are beautiful and will stay in my heart forever. She cared for me and protected me like an older sister would. We remained best friends until her last day. We had our ups and downs in our friendship, had silly fights, etc. but we loved each other so much that no fight ever broke that. This loss has taken an extreme toll on me. I can't believe I won't have the chance to laugh with her again. She was the most eccentric and outgoing person I had ever known and I supported her fun and silly behaviors every step of the way, no matter who judged us. I love you, Angela. Rest in peace.

When I first met Angela, we were in art class at Desert Shadows Middle School. The first things I noticed about her was her incredible fashion sense, her gorgeous artwork, and her contagious smile. After that initial meeting, I knew she was someone special.

In and out of the classroom, she continued to spread joy, laughter, and love, and certainly brightened everyone’s day.

Angela will be missed beyond measure.

Sending love and light to her family and friends during this difficult time.

Angie, you were the sweetest person to me and everybody else throughout all of high school. The class environment was so different with you around and was always filled with laughter and brightened up my day. Your sense of humor and personality was amazing and I looked up to you so much. I remember coming to rita’s with ethan just to say hi and wait for you to get off work. You will be missed dearly. I love you angie ❤️

I met Angela in middle school in our advanced art class. She was a grade younger than me. She lit up the class with her laughter. She always laughed with me at my stupid jokes, and we admired each other’s art. She was a beautiful soul. I hope Hazel knows how amazing her mother was.

Angela will one day walk this earth again and be reunited with her family and baby. Acts 24:15
I hope this article will help her family and friends with their grief: https://www.jw.org/en/library/magazines/wp20150801/resurrection-hope-for-dead/
