Angelo Paradiso passed away on Tuesday, January 15, after a valiant battle with cancer. He touched many lives with his vibrant spirit and positive outlook on life.
Angelo was born in Oakland, California and moved with his family to his parents’ birthplace of Italy at around three years old. He returned back to the United States at eighteen years old on ship S. S. Vesuvius. After serving two years in the U.S. Army, Angelo enjoyed a forty-year career as the entrepreneur of his petroleum contracting company Paradiso Mechanical. Angelo is survived by his six devoted children Paul Paradiso of Pleasanton, Angela Camp of San Clemente, Annette Fotos of Pleasanton, Christina Tanti of Pleasanton, Daniella Paradiso of Danville, and Micheala Paradiso of Danville. He is also survived by loving grandchildren Michael Paradiso, Danae Paradiso, Courtney Zinke-Zagarella, Brianna Addison, Cambria Bohi, Frank Fotos, Spencer Camp, Nicholas Fotos, and Summer Mullane. He is also survived by his sweet great-grandchildren Dominic Paradiso, Joseph Paradiso, Jaxon Zinke-Zagarella, Cadence Bohi, Zach Addison, and Brayden Zinke-Zagarella.
Family and friends are invited to attend the funeral service on Tuesday, January 20, 2019, at 10:30 a.m. at Saint John Vianney Church at 1650 Ygancio Valley Road in Walnut Creek. Burial is to be private.
