She is survived by her two children, Christopher Duane Ice and his wife Jessica Ice, of Sanford, MI and Adele Ice-King and her husband Kurt King, of Ray Twp., MI. She was blessed with five amazing granddaughters ranging in age from 3 to 16. Vic loved her granddaughters as she loved her children – unconditionally. Each one held a special place in her heart, and she was incredibly proud of their accomplishments.

Vic-ism-13 - Put on Your Big Girl Pants
Whenever I needed my mom to give me encouragement or a little boost of confidence, I’d tell her what was going on, she’d listen with an understanding heart and unconditional patience - like I was the only thing that mattered (even if she was busy with 100 other things). She’d simply tell me she understood, loved me and knew everything would be okay, better than okay. Then, and I love this, she’d say: “Little girl, don’t focus on the negatives and worry about things you can’t control, see it as done, put on your big girl pants, and go do it.”
Vic's Favorite Quotes and Inspiration
While looking through my memory box, I came across a document my mom created and gave me several years ago entitled "Favorite Quotes and Inspiration," and I want to share it because, since her death, I've been asking her to talk to me, help me, tell me what to do, etc. I realized I just needed to listen longer and remember more.
