Anita was the best bulldog mascot! She made the KFHS games more fun and filled with school spirit! A fond memory from our years together at Kettle Falls! Nancy Gundersen Jones

I'm so heartbroken for Anitas family. Your pictures and Danielle's tributes brought tears to my eyes. Even though its been years since I've seen her, Anita will always hold a special place in my heart. She and the whole Pratt family. Growing up in Pleasant Valley - Anita, Susan and Eleanor were my babysitters! But Anita visited our house often and I adored her, looked up to her, wished she would marry one of my brothers!!! LOL! She was just so fun and she never made my young self feel anything but heard and adored.
Sending up prayers of healing to Anitas husband, children, grandchildren, and siblings. Hoping her undying love and those many precious memories of her will help carry you through these very hard days, weeks, months ahead.
Love to all,
Janine (Hays) Hall

I'm so sorry to the entire family for your loss.. Anita was always the nicest and easiest person, and friend ,to talk to, laugh with and, relate to, in every way... She never had a bad thing to say about anyone or anything... And, she always had a smile on her face, no matter what... One of those people in our lives, who, when you look back at the entire picture, you wish you had spent more time with...Thank you Anita, for what you did give us...

Missing you today mom! The shock is wearing off and I’m so sad. Can’t believe you’re gone. You were so important to us. The boys miss you. I dropped the boys off at school the other day and drove around thinking about you. I thought about how rainbows will always remind me of you, because of the line from the song “I can see clearly now”. The line that says “ finally found that rainbow I’ve been searching for”. Later, when I picked Grayson up from school, he got in the car and said “ Mommy, I made something really special for you.” He handed me a picture he made of a rainbow. He said “ I made you a rainbow.” I felt goosebumps and then happiness, because I knew that was you trying to tell me you are ok .
