Tributes
Leave a tributeRIP my friend.
When Grandma Al moved into her new Hallcrest home, Anne asked if I would fly down and help them set up the house. I was quite excited and happy to do so. So, after a day or so, we are awaiting the furniture which was due to be there around 5 pm. Well nothing showed up til about 9 pm. Two very scary dudes arrived in a big rig and began to install sofas, chairs and dressers. Now it's dark out and the "boys" bring in a few items and then they go back in the truck for what seems like way too long. They resume the moving but look pretty "wasted" and are getting a bit testy. Anne pulls me aside and says that she has 2 big kitchen butcher knives that we need to use if necessary to protect ourselves and Gram against these thugs. By then, we had a bit of wine and were feeling pretty brave. Well, as you know, the furniture got delivered and the "boys" left around midnight. But those few hours worrying and plotting with Anne to take on the enemy was really exciting and looking back; a freaking "riot"! Thanks Anne for a great adventure. God bless you.
Love,
Chelsea & Michael
My prayers are with you all. Take solace she's living well in Heaven. It would hurt her if she thought you were suffering. She's praying for you as she's in peace waiting for you all to meet up with her again.
Tommy, I'll never forget the breakfast when Ann came in her PJ's to get you out of Constantino's. She probably saved your life that night and every day after.
God's speed, Annie.

In Writing
It is so hard to see this in writing. It makes it all the more real. I keep hoping to wake up and have it all be a dream. How do things like this happen? I believe she is in a better place. She would not have tolerated a long drawn out illness so even tho it is hard for those who are left behind it was a blessing for Ann. We love you. Be at peace and until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of his hand.
