Dear Sweet Anna Marie,
I so miss you, sweet girl!
It’s been 19 years since you returned home, to Heavenly Father. I’ll bet you’re up there watching over us and shaking your head, at some of the things you see us do. Praying you’re that one angel, that nudges me to stay on the Covenant path. I so love and miss you, sweet Daughter of God.
I love you forever❤️❤️ Love, Aunt Amy

Hi, Anna. I'm sorry I haven't left a tribute for 3 years now. I will do my best to leave one every year. Life has been busy, but I'm tired of making excuses, especially when it comes to my family and friends. Much has happened these past few years. I gave birth to my beautiful girl, Serena. I'm sure you met her in heaven--isn't she an angel? Just like you! I know you and Heavenly Father were watching over me the day of my delivery. I also know you have been with us in our other trials this year. Now I know for sure we have a Heavenly Father who loves us dearly, so much so that we cannot comprehend. I still think about you every day and tear up, wanting you to be here with us. But I know that's not God's plan for you. Let us see you again soon, dear sister.

Hi, Anna. I think about you practically every day. The thought of you and your beautiful smile helps me stay positive during these challenging times. Some days I miss you so much, my heart aches and the tears just come. I miss you and Dad so much. There will always be an emptiness where you and he should be. I hope we will see one another again. Love you always~

Dear little Anna.....you weren't so little, I remember our last embrace.
you were just as tall as I and your hugs were so comforting. Noone can fill your glass slippers. You took part of your dear Mother's heart with you and it still aches for you. Always and forever missed by all of us who loved you. Grams

Hi, Anna. Yesterday Lara and I went to our church luau up at Lake Tahoe. We had some good sister time. I think you were happy to see that. I know you watch over all of us...We talked quite a bit and can't believe it's been 12 years since God took you back home. We miss you more than words can say. I hope someday I can learn to be like you. You were the peace keeper and always held a smile.

My Dream

Shared by Elisabeth Hatheway on April 16, 2011

The life of Anna Marie is a blessing to our family. She was our eldest sister and a hero in her sibling's eyes. Her heart was full of so much love and her face radiated with beauty and life, especially her smile. She was kind to all she knew and loved music; she played the flute and guitar. She was the inspiration for me to join marching band during high school, considering she was in the Hug High School marching band as a sophomore.

I remember a dream I had of Anna shortly after she passed away in 2000. Our family, except my dad, was driving in the car. I don't know why but Anna didn't seem the same, but it wasn't as if she had actually changed...there was just something different about her aspect. My mom and other sisters were arguing in the car and they seemed to forget I was even there amid the contention. But Anna turned around and leaned toward me. She couldn't say anything to me, but it seemed as if she wanted to let me know that she loved me and that things were going to be alright.

Although she is now in the spiritual realm, she has made sure that God will take care of her family while she is apart from them. That is her promise to us. She is our angel.
