Ann had the charm to make you welcome,she had good family values and cared for her mum,daughter and grand daughter,even though she had good days and bad ones the smile was always there she would talk of the passing of her son Craig with fondness tears and a smile,her only wish was for me to take her back home to S.Africa and so it was difficult for me to do,I had just lost my mum and Ann was to follow shortly and I even remember in the last few days asking if she was flying home,little did she know that she was flying away with the angels.I still remember holding her in my arms when she gave a little sigh and then I knew she was gone,the smile she had was like saying thank you for keeping your promise.My life has been difficult in the years that have passed because she spoilt me with her daily calls to say how much she loved me,I often wonder why God sent her to the UK and then called her that is something I would never know,but I can also have moments to reflect on the ime we had together and say thank you God for letting her share the time she had with me.
