Ur death has taken a tremendous toll on da whole family. Never thought u would no longer grace us wit ur presence. But god had a better plan for u. U served ur purpose here wit us and gave us all da opportunity to be apart of u. U went thru ur struggles, ur heartache, pain, suffering and thru it all u remained da same. Even tho many times u felt alone and wanted to give up u never showed it

U were such a strong and beautiful individual. U fought til ur last breath and I'm grateful to have been there by inside to see us go home in peace. I love u mommy.
