Time To Be Born: On Monday, September 7, 1931, Jessie
Lewis and Marie Burton welcomed into this world a baby girl,
whom they namedAnnie L. Burton. She was favored with the
company of three sisters, whom all proceeded her in death:
Mrs. Christine Marbury, Mrs. Florine Brown and Mrs.
Johnnie L. Jones.
Time To Plant: It was on May 19, 1956 that she united in
Holy Matrimony to the late Mr. Sonny L. Tuck, and to this
union three sons were born, which two of them proceeded her
in death, Darry, "Slim" Tuck and Irvin "Teddy" Tuck.
Annie B. was a graduate of the Coosa County Training
School. She joined the Corinth Baptist Church, at an early
age, where she served until her health failed.
Time To Pluck: Mrs. Annie B. Tuck left the troubles of this
world behind on, January 16,2016 at Russell Medical Center,
Alexander City, Alabama.
Time To Reflecf.' Annie B. leaves to cherish her memories:
one son, Mr. Gene Anthony Tuck, God son and guardian, Mr.
Willie ZeigLer both of Kellyton, Alabama; two aunts, Mrs.
Laverne Whetstone of Goodwater, Alabama, and Mrs. Mary
Lois Moore of Attalla, Alabama; Eleven grand-children,
Fifteen great-grand children; a host of nieces, nephews, brothers-inlaw,
sisters-in-law, and other family and friends.
