Anthony Jihad Levine Fowle was born to Crystal Levine Ryan and Frederick Azzam Fowle on April 10, 1986 in Brooklyn, New York. He attended Thomas Jefferson High. In Brooklyn, New York.Tony was also a member of ROTC in South Carolina. This Soldier for the Lord was a member of the Pentecostal Church of God in Christ From the age of Four. He also Gain knowledge of Islam . Tony aka “Touch” was very humorous and optimistic about
being an over achiever, and was liked by all that really knew him.
Tony loved his “East New York” neighborhood, especially Logan St. It did not matter how drastic things became,
Tony would find his self returning to the neighborhood. he was employed by the YMCA as a Youth counselor and a swim coach he loved riding bikes, photography, computers, music but most of all he loved his children
On July 3, 2010, His Heavenly Father called him home.
He leaves behind son’s Jaden, Rahim and daughter Ayanna Fowle.
