Antoinette “Tiny” Barbari Monteleone, 78, a longtime resident of Granville County passed away Tuesday, August 6,2019 at her home.
A native of Kings County, New York, she was the daughter of the late Rocco Barbari and Florence Lusardi. She was of the Catholic faith, retired from Kroger and was a homemaker.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2019 at 11:00 AM in the Eakes Funeral Chapel in Creedmoor. Burial will be at the Salisbury National Cemetery in Salisbury, NC on Thursday, August 15, 2019 at 2:00 PM.
Surviving are her husband, James Monteleone of the home, a daughter, Carol Ann Fielitz of Raleigh, three sons, James Monteleone III of Wake Forest, Steven Monteleone of Perkinston, MS, David Monteleone of Mocksville, NC, 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday evening, August 9, 2019 from 6:00-8:00 PM at the Eakes Funeral Home in Creedmoor and other times at the home.
