Funeral service will be held Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at W.E. Lusain Funeral Home and Crematory (2060 Germantown Street/Dayton, Oh 45417). Visitation to begin at 11:00 am and service to follow at 12:00 pm. Masks are required for entry.
Antonio Eddie Ballard was born August 15.1984 at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton Ohio to Judith (Belinda )Brookshire and Eddie Louise Ballard Jr .He departed this life October 9 ,2021 at the age 37 (Grandview Hospital.
Tonio was preceded in death by his Grandmother Anna Hodge .Mildred Crawford ,Grand father Eddie Ballard Sr.
Tonio was loving ,smart, caring, giving and full of life. He was a golden glove boxer he loved the Steelers, gambling, and cooking. Tonio graduated from Mt.Everest University with an associates degree in business.
He leave to cherish his memories Judith (Belinda) Brookshire (Chrishall) Eddie Ballard (Father) 4 siblings De’Angelo Ballard ,Chris’Danna , Da’Shelle and Donique Starks. 6 Uncles James Brookshire,Joe Brookshire,Micheal Ballard, William Murray,Amad Ashanti and Jimmy Ballard ; favorite Aunt Letisha Brookshire Sherry Shorpshire,Yvonne Brigham and Lorell Bobo,Special cousins NaTasha, James ,La’Quanna and Hope Brookshire and a host of nieces and nephews.
