I will always be grateful to God for your life and how you touched and reached many showing God’s love. I love you so much Daddy. I just wish we had more time. After you went to be with the Lord, change was inevitable but we had no idea the full impact of missing your presence. Until we meet again, we continue to honor you and say your name, Apostle William Broadous. Daddy, never be forgotten.

Well Pastor I am still grateful for your ministry and am blessed to have had you for my pastor for so many years. It was a pleasure serving with you and I will always miss those days and times.

To man of God Who kept the Demon At bay they couldn't not come near,Demon know who you are in Christ Jesus they know and we thank God for Pastor who pray over his Church Members everyday and still today I have to keep praying over God People that we have persevere through it all knowing that we have the victory in adversity in life journey

Apostle, Calvary just celebrated it's 67th Anniversary, and it was a glorious occasion! We honored and remembered you as we should rightly do. You always remain close to our hearts and you are never forgotten. We do miss your physical presence but we know that we will see you again. This year is especially sad for me because this year Tony is home and they will not get to meet. Apostle never failed to inquire about Tony, not only about his health and well being but about who he is as a man. This made me appreciate him all the more, to know not only I as a member of Calvary mattered but who I love mattered as well. This I believe is what Paul meant in 1 Corinthians 12:26 and Romans 12:15. Apostle shared in my pain for Tony not being home and looked forward to the joy of when he would be home. I pray to honor him for his birthday in the same way with all my sisters and brothers in Christ. To have a heart open to ALL the joys and pains of those I am surrounded by. Thank you Apostle for continuing to teach us all to be more like Christ, as we reflect on your walk through life. HAPPY BIRTHDAY MAN OF THE MOST HIGH GOD!!!

He was a true Pastor, friend, a father figure after I loss my dad, kind hearted, compassionate, never revengeful even when he had the right to be, always turned the other cheek, an encourager, a stable support, a gentle soul, sometimes a little scary. a person who never gave up but pushed through his pain and storms so it made you think twice about your situation. Not lazy but always striving to do what he could and to do his best. Always putting God and others first. Very much missed and loved. 

My heart aches when I think about you not being here. I have so many wonderful memories of you. I remember when I got married in 1999, we asked you to make brief comment and do an invitation to discipleship. You said why do I have to be brief? Lol. I miss your laugh, your smile and you jokes. I will love and miss you forever.

Daddy you are not forgotten! As long as I have breath in my body, I will keep your memory alive. We are going through a world crisis, however I’m thankful that you taught me to trust and depend on the Lord. I know you was happy to see Uncle Arthur coming in. I love and miss you so much. There’s so much I would talk to you about if you was here. I’m going to keep pressing.

WOW, forever missed is right. It's been three years but feels like yesterday. So much has happened since the Lord called Apostle home so much I'd like to share and discuss with him. When things go on in my life I think about our talks and I try to hear him and respond accordingly. I pray to honor him in my actions and reactions and to live by the word as he taught me. I hear him say what does the Word say about it Noel? Hearing this question and then searching the Word has kept me right. I will always miss my first spiritual teacher, pastor, father. His love for the Lord and His Word helped to change the person I was to the woman I am and I am forever grateful. Thank you Apostle.

Apostle I am constantly being reminded of the things you taught us. You will forever be in my memory. Words cannot express my appreciation and gratitude I have for you Founder, Mother, MCecillia, Arthur and all those Saints who have gone before me. Love your Daughter

Apostle, we miss you so and often speak of you and your words of spiritual wisdom. We also have wonderful memories of some of the things you use to say or do that made us laugh. We will forever be greteful to you for being our Shepherd. Truly a Mighty Servant of the Lord, we know that you are with the Master, it is well with our souls.

Life has and will never be the same without you. Our family foundation has been shaken to its core. Individually we are existing and living our own lives but collectively we are torn. I hope one day we remember what you taught us best and that is we are family! Love one another, how can we say we God who we have not seen and we can’t love one another, our family, who we see everyday? 

When will we truly honor Daddy and more importantly honor God?

To Pastor Glo and the entire Broadous Family - Gary & I rejoice with you in knowing Apostle is now at rest in Heaven. When I joined CBC back in 1987, Apostle's message was "Come Home", now 29 years later...he heard the Lord say "Come Home", My Good and Faithful Servant... Will Done! As many have expressed, my heart is heavy because I miss my spiritual safety net. Thank you so much Apostle for teaching us God's grace is sufficient and His mercy endureth forever.... Thank you Apostle for the wonderful home going services you officiated for the Coleman Family! Bless your home going! We know you are in the arms of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! My Mom Mrs. Winona Hickerson always paid her tithes even in her older years never forgot them, we loved Apostle and we will surely miss speaking with him. May he Rest In Peace!

Having been touched by the life and ministry of Apostle Broadous and befriended by Bishop Miquail Broadous; I count it a blessing and privilege to have been befriended by and labored with both and know that the fruit doesn't fall far from the tree.
