She was a bit of a "Daddy"s Girl". One day I went to pick her up at work. She was working for a man who had a shop at his house where he had about 3 employees detailing cars. Most were used cars local car dealers had taken in. She came out to the car with something wrapped up in tinfoil. "What's that ?" I asked. ""Squirrel" she said. "Whered ja geddit?" "Well the Boss man bought himself one of these high dollar pump up pellet rifles and he and this guy I work with were out behind the shop shooting at a squirrel way up in the top of a big Poplar tree. The squirrel was running around and around the tree like he was laughing at them. They shot and shot and finally I couldn't stand it anymore. I said "Let me try it." and I dropp him first shot. "I bet that got their goat?" I laughed. She smiled and said "What really got them was when I walked over and picked him up and said "Let me see your pocket knife" and I stood there and skint and gutted it in front of them." - My little girl. I miss her too.

I talked to April tonight 24 years ago not knowing it would be my last time.I still miss her so much my heart will forever be broke she was my baby girl I would love to hear her laugh and hold her in my arms just one more time wait on me baby girl mama will be there with you one day.
