Her childhood friends are : Taiwo Lagoke & Kehinde Adekola ( nee Adelakun), Iyabo Ayodele (nee Faleti), Funmilayo Olugbade (nee Folawiyo), Bimpe Odusanya (nee Adeniyi) and Funmi Adediran (nee Apata). All are still bossom friends till date.

Arinola served God from her tender age at Ebenezer Baptist Church with her childhood friends from Sunbeam, GA and Lydia. Attended several Church Camps (Retreat).

Mrs Arinola Da-costa was in the choir and served God with her voice. She went to Argentina with First Baptist Church Singing Group called "CHRIST PREACHERS INTERNATIONAL" for Singing Competition. She loved to sing and cook.

After marriage, she joined and was fully committed to the First African Church Mission FACM, Jehovah Shalom Cathedral with her husband, Olusegun Da-Costa. She was completely sold out to the work of God as she served in numerous capacities like Guild of Stewards, Busy Bees, Christian Mothers Association, Ladies CIS, Member of Church Council, just to mention a few.

She has been in leadership of most of these units; Former President of Busy Bees, Former president of Ladies CIS.

Until her death, she was the President, Guild of Stewards (Ushers), Treasurer of the Church and Patroness of Christian Mothers Association

Mummy was a disciplinarian to the core. No child could turn rascal under her roof. She would beat you to reset and order. 

She would accommodate everyone as her own child. Never holding back on telling the truth as it is. She was fondly called Mama boys because she would cook and feed you so long as you entered her house with her children. 
She would travel to any mile to defend and fight for her children. She had a heart of Gold and she represented her name always 'ANGELa' 

She will be dearly missed.
