Arlan "Cooter" W. Meer Jr. was born on March 21, 1975 to Mother Reona Meer (Duchardt) and Father Arlan W. Meer Sr.. He was the youngest of three children. He was preceded in death by his father Arlan, grandparents, and step- father Louis Holmes. He was survived in death by Sisters: Star Duchardt and Tammy Meer, his three children Thomas "Tommy" Goodyear, Jamie Goodyear, and Gabby Meer, neices and nephews Dillon Meer and Katrina Stone (children of Tammy Meer) and Kristen Irucu husband Alex Irucu, William Dahm wife Sara Dahm, and Autumn Peckoff (children of Star Duchardt) and friends as well as his own mother Reona Holmes.
