I can remember Vicky & I driving him crazy going around the stop sign at the corner of our Pierce street house. He was always afraid someone whould steal us or we'd run off to the am/pm without telling anyone. He was a giant at that age to me, but always the nicer~ and always in the yard.

It was almost as if nothing changed, a lil greyier. I love this family. I love you Vicky, chin up. daddy doesn't want any of his girls to be sad.

I met Armando when I was well.. before I can remember. They were our next door neighbor in Vallejo.. I remember him being so tall when I was little. I remember him working at C and H sugar co. and his dark brown chair he sat in when he got home from work. He was the nicest of Vicky's parents and always wanted us to eat. Great man, he loved doing work in the yard, id drive by and he'd be out there.

Wish he was around to say Hello and just to hear him talk, deep voice but kind heart. He used to hate it when we rode our big wheels, I can still hear him sayin' stay out of the street~slow down~and be careful~ and don't talk to those boys @ the mini market, Just get your ice cream and get home. Great man~ loved his daughter more than life~ the grand daughters were his smile. God Speed Armando :)

My Daddy

February 25, 2011

My daddy was the best daddy in the world. He had a hard side to him but he had a heart of gold. he never told me no even if i was wrong. He looked at me and his grandkids like we were the most perfect people in the world. My daddy touched lifes no matter where he went . He always worked in his yard so anyone who drove by here got a smile and a wave. My dad sent christmas gifts to everyone that ever helped him doctors . mailman. gardner. anyone if they did him right once he remembered them for life. My daddy was my hero , the rock the man i could always count on . he never let me down even tho he liked to seem so tuff he was putty in my hands. I was and will always be daddys little girl.  the day my dad took his last breath was the day my heart stopped beating normal . it skips a beat for him everyday .He may be gone but he will never be forgotten . RIP daddy i love u now and forever .
