Cujo
I can still see that tiny little woman fighting that dog with everything in her tiny little body.
Then, I remember a couple of weeks after that, momma decided to join us girls in our aerobics workout...she got just as weak-kneed as when she fought Cujo. She walked down the hall to her room on her butt.
Watching cujo
the movie cujo was always known as a thriller movie. My sisters and I were getting ready to watch it when our momma decided she would watch it with us.we all warned her about the movie but she insisted on watching it. She worked so hard at killing that dog all 4 of us girls laughed so hard. She couldn't even walk to her room afterwards we had to help her while still laughing and our dad came out of the room and wanted to know what we did to his little woman. I will never forget her fighting that dog that was on t.v.
My favorite memory!
One of my favorite memories of my momma/best friend is one that I was teased about for years. My daddy, Fred Whitman, was gone hunting and my three sisters were gone; momma and I went Pizza Inn in West Memphis for supper. I peeled the toppings off and ate those first; momma looked at my pizza and said, "good grief, Chelly, that looks like brains." After that night, any time we went out for pizza, momma would tell the rest of the family; "We are having pizza for supper but Chelly will be eating "brains".
