Garrett, MSG (Retired) Arthur, 72, Columbus, GA, died Monday, November 16, 2015. Homegoing Celebration: Saturday, November 21, 2015 at 11:00 a.m., Liberty Hill Baptist Church with Pastor James Davis officiating. Full Military Honors will be presented.

Visitation is Friday, beginning at 2:00 p.m. with a Family Hour from 4 til 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

The cortege will depart from the residence at 9:30 the morning of the service.

Interment will be held Monday, November 23, 2015 at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery.
