I remember Frank well from my early days teaching Constitutional Law and Criminal Procedure at the Jones School of Law. He was an excellent student, but I remember most his strong patriotism, his commitment to the Constitution, and his desire to serve his state and country. After my evening classes we had many long discussions about America's history and America's future. Rest well in the Lord, Frank. May God grant you His eternal blessing.

I was saddened to learn of Frank's passing through the Seasons. Though it has been many years since, he and I had kept in touch I have many fond memories of our political discussions concerning Presidents Reagan and Bush, while watching Perry Mason. I still have the Dale Murphy ball bat he had given me during our college years.

I was very saddened to hear of Frank's passing. We spent many hours together selling his political memorabilia on E-bay. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.

Hi: I was saddened to hear from Judge Bellamy in Phenix City last night about Frank's passing. I considered him a good friend. We talked last in September and he told me about being in the hospital lately. Frank and I met through the Carter collectors group and we enjoyed spending time together in Plains. We enjoyed talking about campaigns and collectible items and swapped a number of items over the years. I always sent him any White House Christmas cards I found, and he gave me a number of Wallace items. I've been in his home and met your mother before she moved to the nursing home. I'm so sorry to hear about his passing and sorry that I'd not called him more recently. Please know of my concern and prayers.
