Arthur W. Otto, 87, of Mullica Hill, NJ died Friday morning at Inspira Medical Center Mullica Hill. He was born in Altoona, PA. He married Donna J. Mauk. Surviving are his wife; a daughter, Anna Mary Otto; a son, Harry Donald Otto (Sharon); and several grandchildren, Donald, Christopher, and Teresa.
A memorial service will be held from 10:30AM to 11:30AM on Friday, March 11, 2022 at the Alto Reste Park Cemetery chapel in Altoona, PA.
