Ashley passed through my husband and my life in the fall of 2015. She had been stranded in Ontario, Oregon and, after leaving the hospital, came to our church, Blessed Sacrament Catholic. We were fortunate to be able to help her get a room for the night, then get her car out of "hock" the next day. She left such a mark on our hearts that we have continued to keep her in our prayers. Ever so often, I would look her up on the internet to see if there was anything about her. That is how I learned that she has gone home to her God. I am feeling sad, but yet heartened to see how many people loved her, as we did, even knowing her for such a brief time. She was a remarkable young woman who was sent to this world for a special purpose. It appears that she fulfilled
her purpose by the many lives she touched. God bless you all.
