I have always had a hard time with this... Not with writing to you, not with saying those things that were unsaid, and not with reliving the fond memories; I wrote to you when you were still here to respond, I told you exactly how I was feeling when you were around to react, and those fond memories get shared so much that I feel they were only just happening instead of years and years long past. I guess the reasons that I have such a hard time with this is that I carry so much of you so often with me. I don't often feel that "missed" feeling, as it seems that you are an ever present friend that isn't too far away. Lol, literally I can look in a mirror and see you in me! Loosing you was one of the hardest things that I have had yet to endure, but I am forever grateful that I could have been with you when you passed, and oversee your services. What more can I say, I am forever inspired by you and what you accomplished. I smile often, knowing that you are proud of how I follow your legacy. And that brings me so much peace.

God didn't promise / days without pain, laughter without sorrow / or sun without rain. But God did promise / strength for the day, comfort for the tears / and a light for the way. And for all who believe / in His kingdom above, He answers their faith / with everlasting Love. Forevermissed

From a child to an adult the memories are unforgettable. All the talks, laughter, and good times will be passed down to the next generation. Seeing you and grandfather with my first two oldest children, was like watching life repeat itself all over again. You and grandfather are gone too soon but will never be forgotten. Love always- Chickina and family

You will never be forgotten but always loved by your first grandson. I missed you a million and I will always dedicated you with every accomplishment I achieve. No matter where I was or the bad things I was doing you were always and took care of me and Chickina. From what I've heard I was named by you so I would never forget who I am because of you...May you continue to rest in paradise.
