May he continue to rest in peace. Its quite unfortunate that he was cut short by death when he was about enjoying the fruit of his hard labour. The Almighty God is in position to know and judge .

The memories of Ayo linger on. Such an amiable, friendly, modest and respectful colleague. My interraction with him was so short but very eventful. Ayo would never miss an opportunity to add value whenever called upon. The responsiblities he had was enormous but he would never use that as an excuse not to help. Above all, what I cherished most in him was his respect for colleagues. That was flawless!!! I can continue and continue. Our solace is the fact that you are resting well in the blossom of the almighty. Sleep on good friend and colleague!!!.

I never really had a one on one encounter with Ayo; but heard good stories about him and the pain I felt during his burial can better be felt than expressed when I saw tears all over everyone present. God the giver and taker of life knows just why you had to leave so soon. We will carry on your torch AY. We love and miss you.

Ayo, you left us quite too soon, but the memories of our relationship continues to linger on in my heart. We love you, but God knows why you have to leave us this early. I remember the role you played during my wedding, and I cannot help but shed tears, hoping that God will grant you eternal rest.

My Wedding Ceremony

April 21, 2014

I remember very clearly that Ayo joined us(NB PLC) in Kaduna in October 2004, and had to relieve me as a result of my proposed wedding on the 13th of November 2004. He coordinated the chilling of drinks and logistics of how it got to the venue. He was unable to dress up for the occasion throughout, rather he wore a T.Shirt and knicker so that my wedding ceremony will be successful. All the photographs my colleagues snapped with me, you were the only one that did not dress in any ceremonial attire. In tears I remember you and also your late wife too yesterday, but much as we wish that you do not  have to leave us too soon, we still have to thank God for the exceptional humble life you lived. I know one day, I will have the opportunity to see you again in the next life beyond. I want to remember and quote you in Yoruba language.."O ye Oloun"...This in English means God knows why. This I will end this my wedding story.
