The jar

March 3, 2011

I remember when I first met Babs (aka Mom). She told me the very first day that she was to be addressed as Mom. She said that her childrens friends were considered he children, so from the day forward that is how she was addressed. She also laid out the rules of their home, and the top rule was the "F" word was not to be used. And if you dared to use the word, you owed a qauter to the jar lol. If you insisted on using the word then there was bound to be other consiquences. She also loved the song "The Baby" by Blake Shelton. She said that the day she left this earth that she hoped her boys would remember this song and remember that they was her babies. She loved everyone she met unconditionally and would do anything to help them. If you showed up before or after dinner time you had better be hungry, because if you wasn't you was gonna eat anyway lol. She would speak the truth whether it was what you wanted to hear or not she was gonna tell you. She greatly missed by everyone who ever had the privilage to know her and will never be forgotten. Love you Mom!!! Derek
