IN MEMORY OF YOU

If we could visit heaven,
Even for a day,
Maybe for a moment,
The pain would go away,
I'd put my arms around you And whisper words so true, That living life without you,
Is the hardest thing to do.
No matter how we spend our days
No matter what we do,
No morning, dawns or evening fall
When we don't think of you.

It's hard to believe you're gone and nothing will fill that avoid now. I take comfort and have peace in knowing you're not in pain anymore and that you're with your savior, granny, granddaddy and the rest of the family
that has gone on before.

You left me with some many memories from hauling all of us kids around
in the back of your station wagon in Cahaba Heights, those last minute
over night trips we used to take to Gatlinburg just to ride around and
look at the scenery, going fishing, you teaching me how to clean a fish
(that was a real experience), and so many other memories that are now
more valuable than gold.

This is not a goodbye for us, it's I'll see you later. So until we meet again
know you will never be forgotten and forever loved.

                                   XOXO with Love,
                                               Dee

Thank you, For always taking care of us. You watch so many kids in the family grow up and treated them like they was yours. I enjoyed playing card and domino games with you when we visited. It would've been nice if we could play another game to hear your laugh and celebrate when you won. Thank you from all of us for being who you was. We all will love and miss you dearly aunt Barbara.

Growing up in Cahaba Heights, going to school with Lisa and eventually meeting the one who would be my forever love, seeing you at the store almost everyday, back then I had no clue I would become your daughter in law someday. I am happy to call you my mother in law, my second mom. You are loved by many and will be dearly missed. I know you will always be looking over us. We love you Mama.
