Moms Pakistani
After Greg and I were married, Greg would frequently call Mom on the phone and change his voice to sound just like a Pakistani....she would laugh and laugh each time he did so.
When Mom had to go to an emergency medical appt not so long ago and I wasnt able to bring her...she made arrangement for a medical taxi to bring her....when the owner of this taxi called mom to confirm the arrangements of her ride the man spoke the same way and she said...ohh Greg knock it off I dont feel well...then when she realized it wasnt Greg she laughed and laughed
Thanks Greg for being you and loving and making mom laugh so often
xoxo Robin
The Mouse
Again while Mom was living in Utah in her appartment on the side of Bobbi and Mikes house Mom was doing / washing her dishes in the kitchen and Bobbi and Mike were in the garage working on a car...
As mom was washing her dishes she kept feeling an itch on her leg, then she had an itch on her thingh and then she realized this feeling was moving...she had a lump under her sweatpants and it was a mouse that Bobbi's cat had brought into the house...well mom freaked and almost wet her pants and proceeded to find Bobbi and Mike.
She had hot potatoes in her mouth as she tried to tell them what happend and thus had everyone laughing so hard. such a funny moment for mom....
Love and miss your funny stories mom, Robin
Mom would frequently say to me how lucky she was to have three such unique and wonderful children and so lucky to also have wonderful son-in-laws...she idolized Mike and Greg to anyone that would listen.
when mom moved to Utah to live with Bobbi and Mike, Mom repeatedly asked Mike to hang a shelf in her kitchen so she could house more trinkets.....so Mike finally made mom happy by doing so while she was at work, but little did mom know that when she came home Mike had done a great job as usual and also had all moms bras hanging across the front of the shelf. Mom laughed so hard and still has a picture of it.
Thanks Mike for making mom laugh so often. xoxo Robin
