Barbara was my friend. She had a beautiful smile that radiated when she entered a room. We stood by each other in the church choir. She loved to sing and my mom (Lillian Mayo Parker), the musician, would give her songs to lead. Barbara would bring the spirit in with her voice. Fun times I will always remember was how we could laugh with each other when we missed choir rehearsal and didn’t know the song for church service. When we said the wrong words, we would look at each other and say uh-uh and started laughing at the end of the song. Barbara would get so tickled, she would have to leave out of the choir loft and I followed. We had so much fun working together in church. She will be missed. Rest in Peace Barbara. Love Always, June

Ms. Watson was my Elementary school teacher. She made learning a joy. She became my favorite teacher and our relationship continued after I was no longer in her class. I had the pleasure of seeing her this past year and she was just as beautiful as ever! I'm so thankful for that opportunity, it gives me a memory to cherish! I am forever grateful for the influence she had in my life."I thank my God for every remembrance of you!" Philippians 1:3 ❤

Barbara Watson my beautiful sisterI In Law was known by the family as Big Babe. She loved to sing in fact that was one of her virtues.  She loved her church she was a member for many years. She raised two beautiful children whom I often told her I was going to steal them. We spent a wonderful Christmas together one the family will cherish for ever. She was one of the greatest educators in the Birmingham School System. My love for her say : Gone Too Soo
