Obituary
Barbraa T. Nealy was born, March 18, 1939, to the late Lois Ash Turner Winters and Aubrey Ezell Turner in Bolinger (Choctaw County), Alabama. Raised as the eldest child of six, Barbraa T Nealy was always the energetic spirit that lived life to the fullest. She loved to travel, sew, and was a master crafter that added sparkles and bling to everything and everyone she touched. She graduated from AH Parker High School and went on to work and retire from Social Security after 33 years.She was preceded in death by her father Aubrey Turner, her Brother Charles E. Winters, and her Mother Lois Winters.
She was a beloved Mother, Daughter, Grand and Great Grandmother. She leaves to cherish her memory: her children Lonnie Nealy, Mildred G. Nealy Lewis, and Jeffery (Renee)Nealy, her brothers Joe (Geraldine) Winters, Lloyd (Sarah)Winters and her Sisters Sandra Winters (Roderick) Grigsby and Alison Turner. Also, her Grandchildren, Angela Gandy, Aubern James, Christopher G. James, Al Joseph Foster Jr, Jefferia Nealy, Jeffery Nealy Jr and a host of Great Grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and special friends.
Her life was enriched by her special sitters, Sheila, Jamie, Annie, Loretta, and Octavia. Barbraa T. Nealy’s life was rich with an adventurous spirit, full of beauty and grace. She departed peacefully from us on Wednesday, August 16, 2023.
