(xiii) (xiii) Sept. 1990: Member of the Training / Community Development Needs Assessment Team of 3 Consultants on behalf of WWF / US Project for the creation and management of the Dzangha-Sangha Dense forest Sanctuary and Dzangha-Ndoki National Park in Bayanga, Bangui in the Central African Republic. This involved an examination in as much detail as possible of the Training, Socio-Economic, Community Development and Institutional Development Needs in preparation of the design of a regional Park.

(xiv) Nov. 1990 - February 1991: Consultant / Community Development Training co-ordinator for U.S. Peace corps Training Session in Batie-Bafoussam, Cameroon, run by CHP International Inc .

(xv) March 1991: Member of a team of 4 Consultants on behalf of WWF /U.S. to carry out the Socio-Economic, Training and Community Development Needs Assessment of the proposed Cameroon component of the Central African Forest Conservation initiative. Responsible for the Training, Community Development and Institutional aspects of the assessment.

 

(xvi) June-July 1991: Principal Trainer/Moderator of a Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) Training Workshop held in Bafut Area, North West Province from 24th June to 9th July 1991, sponsored by PVO - NGO –NMRS Cameroon Project. It was the first of its kind in both Cameroon and the Central African region as a whole.

 

(xvii) 1990 - April 1994: Senior consultant DETMAC Associates (NGO), P.O. Box 383, Buea, S.W. Province, Cameroon. April 1994 - Date: Executive Director, DETMAC ASSOCIATES (NGO).

 

(xviii) April 27 - May 7, 1994: Conducted in collaboration with the FAO Cotonou- Benin a PRA Training and Study on the Perception and Practices of fisherfolk on fishery resource management in an artisanal fishing community in Cameroon in Mabeta and Limbe, Cameroon .

 

(xix) February to March 1995: Participated as a Lead Trainer in a series of Three Training Seminars for FIMAC sponsored project group leaders run by AJAENN-CAM (NGO) based in Douala for some Groups in Littoral Province. Continued in the same capacity for 1996.

(xx) July 25 - 27 1996: facilitator to Mount Cameroon Project Limbe Botanical Gardens and Herbarium Workshop on "Introduction to Participatory Resource Management - Workshop N° 2 Users Group Analysis" .

(xxi) January 28 - February 28, 1997: Conducted an Environmental impact Assessment of the MLP and CAFE CO concessions and surrounding within the KORUP Project Area in multidisciplinary team of three Cameroonian and three German experts.

(xxii) April 13 - 21, 1997: Member of an Appraisal Mission of two Cameroonian and three German experts that carried out analysis, investigations and consultations on the conception of the project "Preserving the Forests around Akwaya" responsible for the socio-economic, socio-cultural and community Development aspects.

(xxiii) April 5 - 30, 1998: Socio-economic and cultural aspects of THE KORUP PROJECT RESETTLEMENT SCHEME TASK FORCE STUDIES.
