As Ben's parents, we have reflected in our tribute the very important position that Ben had within our family and the high esteem with which he was held.
Ben has left many fond memories and is sorely missed by us all from the joy of when he was born into our family until the moment he passed away.
We have many glorious memories of Ben's childhood within the family including his love for the family animals for which there were many and which played a very important role throughout his life.
He was very popular throughout his school days and teenage years and achieved high standards in both education and sport. During these years he made very strong friendships with his peers and was held in very high esteem by them.
When he moved to France and became so very ill he lost contact with many of the friends who had been a very large part of his life. His two elder brothers Simon and Chris became a major support throughout his illness until the day he died.
The family have the honour of holding these memories for ever.

As father of our beloved Benedict I want to record in Ben's memory the unbreakable bond of love and affection that there was between the two brothers that existed throughout Benedict's life. When Ben fell ill Simon stepped up without hesitation to be his bone marrow donar, and through the miracles of medicine and brotherly love Simon was able to give the precious years for Ben to be with his sons.
I want to record my eternal thanks and admiration to my son Simon who is bravely dealing with the grief of losing his brother and to his older brother Chistopher Bush and family who throughout the years especially when Ben was ill and when he was at Christopher's home in Holland gave Ben years of happiness and support.
His Mother and I will treasure the memories and photographs of those days for ever.
