His Life

A Faithful Husband, Brother, Dad, Employee, Servant & Friend. In other words, A Hero!

March 5, 2021
Benjamin Piccirillo was a faithful husband to Linda Piccirillo for 54 years. Their life together will never be matched as they served God and grew into a tower of blessing for many friends, families, and strangers.

He is survived by his wife, Linda, his sister Carol Confer, and brother Adam Piccirillo. Benjamin's children are David, Paul, and Faith Piccirillo. He taught them more than they'll ever remember, just by example.

His employment to Continental Can Company (ccc, now Altium) in Lenexa Kansas in the plastic's industry, lasted 50 years. He was the process engineer. His service, dedication, and record may never be matched. He was called and called into work many times for several hours (off shift). He was the "Process Man" and "The Doctor" and the only one to always wear his lab coat too. He was more than a supervisor and much like a father figure to many employees, and anyone who ever sought his wisdom and expertise, even outside the company.

His servitude, was first, to his Creator who made him the man he was. It was the reason he did everything for everyone expecting nothing in return. It was his calling and ministry.

If you were his friend, you were family. If you weren't, then you still had a place to stay as Ben and Linda opened there home to scores of people who were down and out. He was caring, sharing, and giving of money, time, energy, and a good talkin' to.

This is the definition of a Hero. This was Benjamin Piccirillo, a Warrior, Fighter, and Italian Stallion to the very end. Rest in Peace "Sonny". You fought hard, brave, and you WON!

Home is calling.
