Benjamin Ryan Petrzilka went to be with Jesus on Thursday, 6/11/2008 at Little Sioux Boy Scout Camp. Ben attended Mary Our Queen Grade School where he was a good student and great friend. He loved spending time outdoors, hunting, fishing and especially being involved with the Boy Scouts, where as a member of Troop 448, he was an assistant Patrol Leader and earned the rank of First Class as well 21 merit badges. Ben not only belonged to the Boy Scouts but also believed in and lived by their oath. He was an extraordinary young man who always put others first. He was kind, respectful, polite, and very giving to everyone. Ben was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
