This memorial website was created in memory of our loved one, Betty Bearder, 78 years old, born on July 1, 1929, and passed away on July 1, 2007. We will remember her forever.
Dear Betty & John, you are sadly missed along life's way, but quietly remembered every day. No longer in our lives to share, but in our hearts you are always there... until we meet again.
God Bless you Betty & John... a very happy & loving couple here on earth and I'm certain you are making heaven a better place. Looking forward to our reunion with family & friends, be happy!
Today is the sixth anniversary when you passed John and we look forward to seeing you again in the great unknown where you and Betty are together. You will always reside in our hearts and minds and the years are passing too quickly John and you did leave many, many memories for those close to you and Betty. It will keep your memories alive with us until the great reunion when all of us shall reside under the kingdom of Heaven as foretold in the good book. We still shed a tear when your name/s are mentioned or laugh when a situation, especially food, Cakes etc., by Betty are spoken about. What a cook you were Bett and John, a lovely man who could always bring a smile to your face. God Bless you both and John and Betty, please say Hello to all that have passed before and after you for us left here on earth. God Bless you both and all those with you, Susan and David. Love you always Mum & Dad.

Christmas once again brings you all to the forefront of our minds and especially John Bearder who passed on 26th December 2012. Always an emotional time as we recall your smiling faces and wonderful days we spent together. I hope you are all happy where you are now. The lives of some many people were touched by you both and we can only say thank you for these gifts of love, family and togetherness you passed on. Things happen for a reason and although I don't quite understand God's plan, we must accept that part of his plan is to make your stay in Heaven is beautiful and perhaps watch over your loved ones here on earth. The years have flown since you left us Bett....Nine years today and we still miss you and talk a lot about the good old days when you and John looked after so many of your friends and family. The good Lord took you too soon but we understood that he relieved your suffering but it still broke our hearts! Our consolation is that you enjoy the company of John, Margaret and Gordon Bradshaw and you are happy in eternity. God Bless you always Betty Bearder, we love you. xxxxxxxxxxx Sue & Dave and the whole of the families who see this. Till we meet again.
It is with a heavy heart I once again put words on this page near Christmas 2015. Both of you are still greatly missed by your family & friends especially as Christmas Day draws near. Any/all of our family days spent together miss the lovely company and natural persona of Betty's voice, her hand and loving smile, with John's everlasting zest for life, fun and all things happy. We miss you both greatly and trust that Gordon and Margaret Bradshaw are part of God's house where you all reside in heaven. God Bless you all.

Mum, I still miss you every day that passes and little things remind me of you all the time. The lovely smells of flowers, cooking like your Yorkshire pudding's, mince and apple pies. I miss your smile and your ever loving words of encouragement. Your unconditional love for all your grandchildren and of course me, Dave, Martin, Dot & all your Grandkids and Great Grandkids. It never failed to amaze me how you attracted friends and they became lifelong friends. Your effortless care for people who attended your home for a social function from Mentone to Altona Meadows. I say a little pray each day that you are happy, well and in the keeping of the great God we all know. I love you Mum and always will.
