The daughter of the late Joe Walter and Mamie Williams Brown, Mrs. Walker was born in Hamilton, GA and was a member of Greater Beallwood Baptist Church where she once served in the choir. She was retired from Swift Textile. Preceding her in death is her beloved husband, Mr. Eugene Walker, and a brother, Bobby Brown.

Survivors include: her loving daughter, Sylvia Futrell (Elmer); four grandchildren, Demetrius "Dee" Person, (Archie, III), Jamika Woodburn (Michael), Kayla Futrell and Jacorey Averett; five great grandchildren, A'Brea Jones, Kyle and Kale Woodburn and Alexis and Archie "A. J." Person, IV; a host of other relatives and friends.
