She loved her husband, her children and her family with all her heart. Mrs Boehm was born September 23, 1978 at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. She was a graduate of Troup High School and she obtained her registered nurse degree from the University of West Georgia. Most recently she received her masters degree in public administration with a concentration in health science from Columbus State University. She loved her career as a nurse and many people were blessed by her care. Mrs Boehm is survived by her husband David Boehm, daughters Catherine Ann Smalley, Kaitlyn Anessa Smalley, and their father Chad. Sons: Joshua Boehm and Jacob Boehm. Her parents David and Ann Kerr all of West Point Ga.

She is also survived by her husband's parents: Ed and Erica George of Columbus. Uncle and Aunt Bobby and Nancy Kaylor of Roopville , her aunt Suzanne Sindledecker and uncle Jim Barrell of McIntosh, Florida. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Nancy and Waymon Kaylor and Betty Kerr.
