Beverly Jane Boykin Jackson has fought a good fight and kept the faith. On Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at 1:00 a.m. she went home to rest with the Lord. She was the second loving gift to Walter James and Eugenia Ables Boykin on September 15, 1953 in Carrollton, GA.
She was united with Christ at an early age carrying membership Moore’s Chapel Methodist in Carrollton, GA. In October of 1973 she relocated to Dayton, OH., and later moved her fellowship to Revival Center Ministries International under the leadership of Pastor Paul Mitchell.
She was educated in Carrollton public school where she was a member of the basketball team. Her passions were managing the family glass business, Mobile to Mobile, and taking care of her family especially her grandchildren.
She is preceed in death by her father Walter James Boykin, mother Eugenia Ables Boykin, daughter (baby)Alethia Boshaye Boykin, brothers Victor Keith, and Anthony Lever Boykin. granddaughter Reonni Bogan.
She leaves to cherish her memory husband, (Sonny) James Jackson, III, daughter, Kimberly (Rondric) Peterson, Victoria Slaughter, sons, Antonio, James Boykin, Justin, James (Lonnie), and Ivan Jackson, Dan McClendon (Tey) Dayton, OH. sisters, Sherri Boyd, Dayton, OH, Debra Alexander, Nashville, TN. uncle Willie C. Jack (Roberta) Kendrick, Carrollton, GA. grandchildren, Ashley, (Diamond)William Peterson, NaTonya, Antavia Boykin, Narasha, Kamiron Bogan, Justice, Justin Jr., Justasia, Justoria Jackson,great-grands, Honest, Sincerely, Keyonna, Kayonns.
