Bih-B-B as I later on called you when we reconnected in Bambili, there are no words for me to use in expressing my state of mind. I have never felt anything could be above you. From childhood, I have known you to be someone who does what they want just at their own time. The last two years were full of challenges for you and your family, we would talk and find comfort in hope. When the tidings were good we would have a drink or talk. God has decided you deserve a better place, I shall go forward with you in a special place in my heart. Rest in perfect peace sister.

There is no eloquence in saying goodbye or should I say farewell.....

Special people in our lives never leave us even when they are gone as their memories remind us of the special moments we shared.

Bih, we reconnected again through our ‘PNEU class of 78’ WhatsApp forum after nearly 34 years, and yes, the connection was effortless.
We recalled old stories laughed and joked like old friends should.

The selflessness, empathy, compassion, kindness you showed me when I was going through the loss of my Mum while you where going through the loss of your Dad left an indelible mark in my heart.
We went through our own little support system. Remarkable is what you are.

Our prayer sessions were not strong enough as the Lord wanted you more.

You will be dearly missed and rest in peace my dear friend.

The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched - they must be felt with the heart.

Sis,

One usually hopes for the best but it can be a challenge to tell what'll happen when you meet a school mate again after a lifetime apart.
It was a blessing to come in contact with you again.

Though the time was short, the beauty of your spirit shone through. Your humility, goodness, care, strength, relentlessly positive outlook and most of all, your faith even in very difficult moments are those attributes of your light that undeniably remain with me.

In the midst of sadness, I am able to celebrate and praise God for you, Sis! Thank you so much for your light.

When all is said and done, I am comforted in the knowing that... you believed.
