Billie J. Shoemaker, 43 years old, was born on December 17, 1977 in Wilmington, Ohio and passed away on September 8, 2021 in Dayton, Ohio. He is precededed in death by his parents, Billie and Margaret Shoemaker. Billie leaves to cherish his memory, his 3 daughters and 1 son; his fiancée; his 8 brothers and sisters and many more family and friends. He enjoyed working on cars, fishing, and being around people. He will be greatly missed.
